SHIPPING POLICY

North America Peptides currently ships within Canada only. We aim to make every order simple, secure and discreet from checkout through delivery.

Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are generally processed the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Orders under $150 CAD: $15 flat-rate tracked shipping
Orders of $150 CAD or more: FREE tracked shipping

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging with no unnecessary indication of the products contained inside.

Products remain appropriately labelled and shipments are prepared in accordance with applicable shipping requirements.

Tracking & Delivery
All shipped orders include tracking. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Processing times are separate from carrier delivery times, and North America Peptides cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

All pickups must be arranged and confirmed in advance.
